Questions
What is a dividend paycheck calendar?
A dividend paycheck calendar maps the dividends from stocks and ETFs you own onto the twelve months of the year. You can see which months pay more and which come up short. FillMonth builds that view from each holding's recent ex-dividend history.
How do I get monthly dividend income?
Most U.S. stocks pay quarterly. To receive income every month, people often mix quarterly payers that land in different months (for example January/April/July/October with February/May/August/November), add monthly payers, or both. FillMonth shows where your current holdings leave gaps. That is educational information, not a recommendation to buy anything.
Which stocks pay monthly dividends?
In our latest data pull (as of 2026-10-15), examples include monthly REITs such as Realty Income (O), Agree Realty (ADC), and EPR Properties (EPR), and monthly income ETFs such as JEPI, JEPQ, QYLD, and DIVO. Frequencies can change. See our monthly dividend stocks guide for trailing amounts and prices from the same dataset.
Is this investment advice?
No. FillMonth is an educational tool. It doesn't know your full situation and doesn't recommend buying or selling anything. Do your own research or talk to a licensed professional before investing.
Where does the data come from?
Each holding's actual dividends over the past 12 months, from public market data (Yahoo Finance). We assume the next 12 months look like the last 12. Companies can raise, cut, or skip dividends at any time.
Are these pay dates or ex-dividend dates?
Months are based on ex-dividend dates. The cash usually lands a few days to a few weeks later, so some payments can show up in the following month at your broker.
Is my portfolio stored anywhere?
No. Your holdings are saved only in your own browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to us.
My ticker isn't listed.
The free calendar covers about 150 popular dividend stocks and ETFs. Email us at hello@fillmonth.com and we'll add it.
What about taxes and reinvesting?
Figures are before taxes and assume you don't reinvest. Foreign holdings may also have tax withheld.
What is FillMonth Pro?
